Defence Minister Rajnath Singh delivered a sharp message to Pakistan while addressing naval personnel aboard INS Vikrant off Goa’s coast. Referring to Operation Sindoor, Singh said the precision strike against terror camps in Pakistan was so effective that “Pakistan pleaded with the entire world to stop India.”
Operation Sindoor was launched by India on May 7, in response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed 26 lives. Singh hailed it as not just a military move but “India’s frontal assault on terrorism,” and praised the armed forces for their swift and coordinated action.
He warned Pakistan that India would now deal with terrorism using all known and unknown methods. “We will use every method Pakistan can think of, and even those it cannot imagine,” he said, adding that it’s time for Islamabad to dismantle the terror factories on its own soil.
Singh credited the Indian Navy’s quiet but crucial role in the operation, saying their aggressive presence in the Arabian Sea restricted Pakistan’s naval movements. He emphasized that Operation Sindoor was a clear warning to terrorists and their backers, stating: “The game Pakistan has been playing since independence is now over.”
